To be held on 25th June 2019 at the Asia-Europe Institute, the workshop targets postgraduate students, researchers and academic staff who conduct research and need to develop successful scientific writing skills.
This Europe Day High School Outreach aims to create awareness among the high school students in Malaysia about the European Union especially for those who are studying European languages in their school. Next upcoming roadshow is at Sekolah Berasrama Penuh Integrasi Gombak, Kuala Lumpur on 8th May 2019.

The talk will focuse on four distinct waves of global jihad seen since the Soviet invasion and occupation of Afghanistan and will end with a discussion of the theory of ‘movements of rage’ and to what degree the waves of global jihad are comparable to other violent and nihilistic movements over the past century.
The workshop is part of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence grant awarded by the Erasmus+ Programme in 2017 to the Asia-Europe Institute. Dr. Paul Gillespie who is an expert instructor in the field of comparative regionalism from University College Dublin will share his perspective.
